Does flavor changing become more of a hassle with the U setup?

My method:
To change flavors, syringe out the e-liquid that's in it.
Inject and remove several tanks of hot water with your syringe.
Dry burn a bit.
Add the next flavor.

It's about the same as running a single wick.
