Anyone having trouble fitting larger coils in the bellus?

I tried coiling a 3.5mm and got a 1.4ohm reading before putting the tank back together, then I put it together and got 0.2ohm so obviously the coil was touching the inside of the housing. I then tried a 3mm coil and same thing, 1.2ohm and then 0.2ohm, took it apart again and pushed the coil closer to the posts and it's been holding at 1.2ohm now.

Seems good now but as I'm new to rebuilding I'm a bit worried about those freak 0.2 readings, what happens if the coil moves out again while I'm vaping and makes contact with the housing?

It is not recommended to use a coil that big. 2.5 seems to be the standard people are using. This thread here has more info and activity on the Bellus, if you wanna check it out. https://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/threads/new-youde-rta-the-bellus.700001/

What date did they ship to you?
I think I ordered on the 2nd of this month. It took forever.. 3 weeks. I'm sure you will recieve it soon. China stuff takes forever. You might contact them for the latest delivery date they have. Its a pain. I know.

You guys should be seeing them in the mail real soon. Thats the last time I do any preorder with cigabuy. It's not worth it, especially since the device has been in the stores for over a week .True I saved a few dollars but in the long run "is it worth the not knowing anything" about the shipping method I'm talking about. Good luck guys.

I got my Bellus Authentic from Fasttech for $27 itbwas here in 3 weeks.
3 weeks isn't good in my book. Shinninitis! by then a never atomizer by the same company is out.! I thought 2 weeks was bad.. I think i'll just buy mine in the States and pay $4-5 more. At least you will see it in 3-4 days, thats across from coast to coast shipping. You have to have real patience to order from cigabuy or fastech.. MVS gets my purchases to me in 3 days if I send the order on in, that morning.

They're pumping these atomizers out like a Diary Queen or foster freeze hands out soft ice cream on a hot Summer day. I watched Rip Tripper on utube doing his review of the Bellus. Saying it's right up there with the Aromamizer. So one day it's the best known to date and a few days later there's another thats better. I'm still not finished building coils on atty's youde has come out with since the goliath v2.You can bet your bottom dollar you'll see another youde atty come out this week. Those guys are stressing me out. I have so many card board shipping boxes with holes punched out to hold up atty's in my room. It's starting to get a little kayotic here.. Was going to buy
an atomizer stand from amazon a 20 holder. But then said what the hell for. It ould only last a month. You can bet the "Comet" rda will be out next Monday. Better than the velocity. They got you coming and going. Starting to really stress me.

I'm of course kidding somewhat with my attitude. I ended up doing a build on the Bellus after watching Rip Trippers review. He got me going with doing a build on the Bellus only to find out 3 hours later(being so meticulous on wrapping and ect.) that the.chimney didn't fit. A dual coil 10 wraps 27 GA. on a 2.5 screwdriver. Looking for a 1.0ohm build for flavor... Of course when your deck and chimney limits you to 3 wrap 28ga. Coil(s). What can you expect(lol!). They did a great job with everything but the chimney size. Hello youde! You there.

I fit in dual 26G parallel 8 wrap around 2.5mm no problem...that's 16 strands. You should easily be able to fit a 10 wrap 27G
Thats what I thought, not sure what the deal was. Too late now. Was up last night could have been me tired by early morning. Did get a build done right after that. Simple 26ga 2.5 8wrap.=. 5ohm..good vape pankacked wick worked well. Thanks

Right behind you...
How's the titanium working for you(Croak)? Haven't purchased any yet. I think I need some software upgrade on the Yihi m.

I'm pretty happy with titanium, much happier than I was with Ni200. Easier to work with, maybe better flavor, can re-wick, and I get better battery life. I get mine from Unkamen and it works well. 26ga for dual coil builds, 24ga for the rare single coil builds I do.

The latest firmware for the SX M is well worth installing, for Ti and the manual TCR allowing you to use the next big thing, stainless steel. Stainless is the future for TC. Cheap, dry-burnable, can make contact coils, durable, higher ohm so better battery life, no worries about what's in it, and you can use it on a non-TC device just fine.

Thanks Croak. I need to find a computer or I would have upgraded software sometime ago.. Just a android tablet and smart phone. Will be getting the VT200 soon so I'm thinking it's already got ti software. It's good to hear that ti may be better than ni for some. Will get some soon. Cool thanks.
