Hi guys, I recently managed to get one of the new UFS 2 tanks, and was wondering what my options were regarding atty's and cartos ?
I am currently using LR 510 atty's, which are working a treat, but how many different things can I use in this tank?
I have CE2 cartos, DC cartos, LR 901 atty's, bottom coil 901 atty's and probably more in my vaping arsenal. Is it possible to use any of the above in the UFS, and if so, can anyone give me any advice/tips on the best way to use them?
I apologise if this has been covered before, but I can't find any threads specific to this subject. I am just keen to try all the variations possible with the UFS.
Thanks in advance guys.

UFS V2 will work out of the box so to say with most any 510 atomizer or cartomizer. It won't work correctly with sealed atomizers because it uses the hole for air.

It will work with 901 stuff if you use the correct 510-901 shorty adapter. Meaning it must have an open hole through the middle and there has to be a way to get juice into it which most adapters have.

What adapter do you need for a 901 to work,do you have a link to one?I'm trying to grasp how it would work, wouldn't it flood all the time because of juice going in the standard 901 side hole? Thanks for any info cause I would love to use a 901 if possible.

There are a couple ways to use the 901's with your UFS. Both involve an open post 510-901 "stealth" adapter. By "stealth", that only means it is very short in length. It has nothing to do with the GG Stealth. ;) You can Google it and see many choices but for me, I am using the $2 USD each ones from MadVapes. Open post only means you have a hole through the center of the adapter for the juice to travel up through.

You can either leave the 901 vent hole open and close the UFS juice feed (counter-clockwise) and that works but limits you to how each particular atty vent hole feeds. As I say, it works but I prefer the second method.

In the second method you use the adapter and seat it as you would a 510 with the juice control closed off. The difference is to use an O-ring to cover the vent hole in the side of the 901. You can use any size that covers the vent hole and I've used anything from 8mm x 2mm down to a 6mm x 1.5mm. You can try what you may have on hand befdore trying to use it "live" with juice so you can verify that the vent hole is covered and it isn't too loose. The only problem if it's too tight a fit is that unless it is a wide thickness (like a 2mm), you can cause it to slip a tad when using primer puffs or what-not.

If you don't have the hole covered, you obviously will flood the atty in the second (preferred by me) method. After getting it seated and the tank filled, you just follow the same procedure for air and juice control as you would with a 510. And like all mas produced atties, quality will vary as will the vent hole so performance, as with any other atty, will vary and require "dialing in" on an atty by atty basis.

All that hot air to say I love the 901's in general as I swear I get better flavor and flavor is the key for my personal cravings. Heat I can live without so the 901's are my personal favorite. :)
