If you don't have this then make or buy one: a magnet on the end of an old car stereo telescopic aerial! It's fabulous for picking up loose screws and even minesweeping after making coils for little offcuts of kanthal wire that you will otherwise find embedded in the sole of your foot!

I actually have 2 - 12 inch subs I can tear apart upstairs. Thanks to kiddos trying to climb the box they are already busted.

I know Rob just restocked, but here's another suggestion for future reference:

Try a hobby shop. The kind that sells kits and stuff for RC cars and the like. They have lots of tiny screws. I'm sure you'd find something that would work.

Yeah I went through my rc box without any luck. Closest hobby shop I have is over an hour away. I live in the boonies lol.
