Just a quick post to say I found a site based in Somerset, UK, that sells 99.8% VG with no palm oil. While I was there I grabbed a few well-priced juice bottles and some japanese cotton. I'm pretty pleased with this - £13 for 10 bottles, some cotton, a lemon tart one shot and 1l of no palm oil VG, including postage and packing (48 hours)! I am in no way affiliated, just wanted to spread the lurve...
