VG non-palm alternatives

Hi all, thanks for having me on your forum. I’ve been vaping 6 years, and making my own juice for 3 since I went sub ohm.

As someone passionate about the environment, I am concerned about the origins of palm oil used in ejuice, and the environmental impact of the raw palm VG that I buy for DIY.

Can anybody recommend an alternative source of VG? I have heard of coconut glycerine (not oil) being used. But I don’t know if there are any health concerns here or if the mixing process would be different. It’s also hard to find raw coconut glycerine here in the U.K. to buy in bulk.

Any advice or contacts for supply would be much appreciated, TIA

I only ever found one source and it wasn't convincing enough, for me. Not sure they sell enough vg to us vapers to make a difference, but I do understand you making the effort.

Thanks all for your advice and help, much appreciated. I’ve found a UK supplier of rapeseed glycerine - going to give it a try.
