I will second that, from reading about the effects of juice in plastic I am tempted to move towards glass. I will keep an eye on this post!
I have read the same. I bought myself a Vivi Nova v2.5 which has the upgraded plastic barrel. I've been using it for 2 weeks and it hasn't clouded, cracked or leaked. Very impressed.
But I really like the look of the glass tanks and the fact that they use carto's.
It seems like our friends in the States have many more sources for glass tanks.

Ps. You probably both know that metal tanks are available for the larger
Vivi Nova, if you're going to use juices that are known to crack polyglass.
It would be good if those become available for the Mini Vivi.
True you can't see your liquid levels . . . but you do get to judge that by
the vape.

Yes, I had come across the metal tanks. However, I really like being able to see the liquid.
They are quite big I admit, but they're very nicely made . . . very happy with mine.
And, it's surprising how quickly you can go through the juice, so it does save constantly
topping up with a smaller tank.
It's worth keeping an eye on BV's Facebook page, as Chris can sometimes post
discount codes on there.

ust to chip in (swede here) there are now metal tanks for the smaller vivis to and the guys over at ibtanked.com got dirt cheap tanks jsut ordered mine with two tanks end caps and extra o-rings for 36usd inkl shipping to sweden pretty good i must say. but have in mind that im only a simple noob

Alba vapours are selling a very nice looking cartomizer tank amusingly called the Wee Willie Tank. It's my birthday at the end of the month and I've been dropping hints to my wife.
No, I doubt the cost of producing them is practical, considering the cost of the entire unit Chiller.
