Only problem is it takes someone to Moderate it. If it wasn't for that, it would be a done deal.

It's kind of like a small-scale Classifieds, you can 'trade' stuff that is too low in value to be bothered about selling, or if you just want to give it away and maybe get something in return. See:

Hey Rolygate - Seen PIF's plenty of times i'm more than happy to offer my time to moderate if that's what's holding it back appreciated i haven't been here long so i will understand if you decline even if no better offer is forthcoming.

OK well I'll ask the mods now and see if we can get this started.

You might want to take a close look over there at the US PIF, it is a fairly complex operation, but the UK one will most likely be 1/20th of the size so it shouldn't be too tricky. At least we can take the rules and stuff from over there.
