Although we have not received any individual reports of incident, it has come to our attention that the USB plug adapter pictured below is deemed to "pose a risk of electric shock because the electrical insulation is not sufficient".
Anyone should stop using this USB wall adapter with immediate effect, and dispose of correctly.

More details here - EUROPA - Consumer Affairs - Unsafe products
The adapter poses a risk of electric shock because the electrical insulation is not sufficient. The internal supply wires and mains conductor pins are not fixed adequately to maintain their position.

The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant standards EN 60950.

These mostly were supplied (as an optional extra) with the istick and part of the Aspire CE5 eGo-C Upgrade 1000 Kit

This type of UK plug adapter did NOT come supplied with other kits from iVapour.

If you received one of these plug adapters from iVapour please contact us for replacement or refund.
