This is all I get today. does anyone have more info on this latest problem?

Latest message is they are being subjected to a DOS attack

Hope all UK Vapers members know they are very welcome here & on AAE-C UK, if they want somewhere to chat till things are sorted on UKV.

Seems like the site is under a continual attack today !!!

I have just read a post fro one of the site Admins that the Site is under attack from a Bot Net of 244 Machines ??

I dont know what that means though !!

It was up again allowing posting ect. I was just reading a post then clicked to go to the next page & find thats they have taken it down again as its in the process of yet another attack. These geeks are so sad & lonely

They have Posted this but they seem to have blocked Genuine Members ???? I cant get in ?? anyone else with same Probs

I've now configured a few anti-flood measures which should nip any future attacks in the bud by automatically adding the offending IP addresses to the firewall (hopefully we won't start blocking genuine users )

Sunday morning and site crashed again. First an SQL error handling query
now just a blank white page and no message. Time to buy some protection?
