Ultrafire 15270 3.7V 600mAH and UltraFire WF-188 charger

So I have the charger switched to 3.7 because that's what is on the battery but it has a 300mA and 650mA charging switch. Which should I use for Ultrafire 15270 3.7V 600mAH?

300mA, I think. At that setting it will take longer, but will stress the battery less. I'm no expert, it could be fine on the other setting, I'm sure somebody more knowledgeable will be able to offer more informed advice

1C is usually the safe max, which would be 600ma on your battery - better stick to the 300ma setting.
