ultrafire 3000 first charge

Its been charging 7 hours and still is red light... is this normal for a first charge?

I see people dont love the ultrafire I guess I should have checked here before buying it. My first time charging a 3.7 volt battery, it just seem like an awful long time.

10 1/2 hours later it just turned green. Yes the charger was 5 bucks.

the thing is that it should have come part way charged. i'd exchange it or contact the vendor

can you post the mAh rating?

i wonder if it's bad, or just not very powerfull
