not sure you are going to find a reasonably priced one that runs a 60+ minute cycle... I have an iSonic that will run up to a 25 minute cycle (5-25 minutes in 5 minute increments) and has a heater built in (either on or off - will maintain water temp at 149' F (65'C) if heater is engaged) and I had to do some poking around to find that one - have been pretty satisfied with it thus far (generally run a total of 5 25-minute cycles on juice after mixing, with a good shake and rest in between cycles)

but if you do find one, would be curious about it also...

sorry - your link was removed (i don't think you can post links until you have your five posts in...)

and I think the 'ideal' temperature for steeping is going to be somewhat subjective - I have read 'authoritative' posts ranging from 140' F to 160' F, as well as crockpot steeping guides that seem to cover a bit wider temp range... /shrug... I tend to alternate cycles with mine, one cycle with heater, one without, etc - and I reckon, ultimately, my juice seems to work pretty well for me (as well as the number of friends that are regularly requesting 120ml bottles of it, lol) - so, keep that in mind... your mileage may vary :)
