Seems as though there is some "debate" (a nicer word than what I was thinking) going on with an ECF member. David has always done me right and I will always stay with a vendor that provides excellent customer service and offers excellent products.

Sorry it is absurd to think and to spread that type of rumor without facts.(Related to that particular post). I just inhaled 36mg(purecig) today.No just a ml or two...I am a heavy vapor so I know my nicotine needs. There is no difference in the nicotine level than my own DIY blends.

My thoughts exactly Sdh. I know you read my post in that thread...it was the truth. FSUSA had me stepping down in my nic levels. Yes, I buy from a few other vendors but that's only because FSUSA doesn't offer the other flavors that I like. If they did, it would be one stop shopping for me.

I know...I do DIY but became an accidental customer. I bought my friend some purecig, newport, and applewood...She ended up with only the Newport...LOL I was cheating with a cig here and there and tried the purecig...it does do the trick for me...I can now say cig free...In addition, its a flavor I cannot duplicate...however for the friend its a no go for her. I just know my nicotine level and since I have a ton of 36mg nicotine base...and use it daily I can honestly offer my opinion....

I don't think you can either but that's not stopping others who can. I don't think I was bashing vapor room (at least I hope not)...simply put, I don't like their juices. But like everything when it comes to vaping, one person's junk is another person's treasure. I'll stick with my treasure...FSUSA....

ecf monitors posts pretty heavily these days and bashing is no longer permitted so the thread will probably go just fine. Everyone has opinions and we are fine with them. Pam and I feel our flavors speak for themselves and we are good with that.
I always keep in mind the quality of our ingredients. I could make thousands of different killer flavors if I wanted to compromise and use inferior flavorings. We just prefer not to plain and simple.
But we are masters at the mixing game with what FlavourART has to offer. watch for our new flavors coming in the coming weeks we are adding many more new ones with awesome flavors

It's really no big deal, every vendor has their loyal following no matter what others may say about them. As I stated in the other post, FSUSA still has the largest variety and are more versatile with their mixes then any other vendor. Lifetime member here

I have always liked FSUSA as far as juices go I have never had an issue with them They are a lot better than some of other vendors. I know it seems that they are out of the atty-T a lot but that is no big porblem I have enough to last me awhile till they get them back in.

absolutely right. Pam and I try hard to carry as much hardware as possible but buying large quantities of all types of hardware is very expensive.
We are first and foremost juice sellers. Our love and passion for mixing juices is hard to rival.
I am a bit concerned that the poster posted in the new members forum full knowing that we cannot post to defend ourselves in there.
There is alot of misinformation in the op's post, and an obvious dislike of us bleeds through in the misinformation. To even hint that perhaps our nicotine i s not the amount you pay for, or an inferior product is ludicrous to us.
We are used to attacks of all kinds, even on a personal level. But if folks want to complain in any way, we are happy to listen, and post a response in a forum that we are able to post in.
sorry this person is upset we don't always have the hardware they need. it is not easy, nor cheap to stock it all. But when it comes to the juices we are the finest, hardest working blenders anywhere. Our juices speak for itself

I wouldn't let it worry you. You have a lot fans me included, that support your company and all the hard work that you put in making the excellent juices that you do. I have ordered form you quite a number of times and will continue to do so. Every time I have ever had an issue you have always responded very quickly and got the problem solved there has never been an juice issue only a doa atty which happens and Kristen has always been the height of professionism and courtesy in getting a new one to me. My hats off to you

my take and i didnt go to that thread yet, not sure if i will
but ANYTIME i have called CS with David and others CS has been top notch and awsome. I love the ejuices and will continue to try different ejuices......yes, there are some i didnt like, but you cant win them all....and maybe 2 i didnt like over all i think that is really good,,,,considering i have tried A LOT of them.
Like a lot of people these days,,,,i struggle financially, i cant stock up big (also have to watch every dollar), but I do know that when I order from fsusa I will get a very good ejuice, affordable price.....and even if my order might be small, i am still treated like a valued customer!!! (have one other vendor that i can say this about)
THANK YOU EVERYONE AT FSUSA, and to you David---you have always directed me in the right direction and have always been considerate and professional. and have to say, always gone out of your way to make sure everything goes smoothly!!!!! i really cant say enough.

I read it. uummm comparing like that makes no sense to me. a lot goes into a ejuice not just nicotine--even I know that. i put a lot of likes on for the responses that supported the idea that FSUSA is a great company!!

David...I love your juices. Yes, I buy from a couple other vendors only because you don't have an organic line. If you did, I would do all my shopping at your store for juices. You have the best customer service, products, and shipping that I know of.

I hope the OP in that thread realizes that not all vendors can carry all products all the time. I know it stinks but what you sell the best, ejuice, comes first. I wish I would have found your website when I first started vaping. It would have saved me time, money, a few dizzy spells, and alot of headaches.

Please keep up the great work....my February supply is starting to dwindle a tad...I got hubby vaping now instead of chewing. Now if I can just get my PV's back from him I'll be a happy camper.........LOL. I just need to win the lottery so that I can buy him a 55 gallon drum of hopscotch...he blew through my 60ml, 4 month old bottle...I didn't even get to lick the lid.

Yes, and then handed me a completely empty bottle and told me I needed to order more. I need to start hiding my stash from him. At 4 months, hopscotch should have been pretty tasty juice...but I didn't even get any.
