At some point shortly after "the duration" you would have got a forced logout followed with a yellow box warning - and a page - requiring you to change your password before being allowed to log in. Did you change your password in your FF browser and forgot to update IE and your iPhone to the new password?

I didn't get a forced logout with FF and didn't change my password in FF. It remained the same.

The only thing that comes to mind is that I remained logged in on FF throughout the changes.

I really don't think that was possible as people received multiple forced logouts, for different reasons, once the system was brought back on-line. To my knowledge a forced logout requiring the password change was mandatory for all accounts that were logged in when ECF went down and came back up, in addition to everyone who wasn't logged in at the time. One of the mods familiar with the password change procedure will need to comment.

You never got a redirect requiring you to change your password?

Aha... I think you are "looped" in on a cookie on FF, so to speak. If you logout of FF, I would be willing to bet you either get the same problem, or you will get the notice to change your password. We were hacked, then cleaned it up and moved to new servers, so a new password is essential.

Try logging out, then back in. If you can't get back in, go here for help: E-Cigarette-Forum

Issue resolved........yep, was looped on a cookie in FF......even though cookies and cache were cleared!

Don't know why, but it did take 4 tries, but the bottom line, it's all OK now.

Am able to log in on my iPhone and IE now.

Thank you ever so much everyone!
