Unacceptable shipping issue

Hello,

I am sorry, I've ordered from your company many times without issue. However, this past order I've had nothing but troubles with. I placed the order on the 6th of November, the order did not ship from China until the 18th of November, nearly two weeks later. Now, on December 14th, there has STILL been no update on the shipping status. I have contacted sales and they claim that my package is on the way. However, nothing has been updated when I track my package. RR957443062CN is the tracking number I received. How can this be resolved? I'd like my product if possible, and if not a full refund for the purchase price. The order number in questions is 21427.

Don't feel like the lone ranger, my order was on 10-16 and reshipped 11-16, the time for EMS has gone from 5to 15 days to 5 to 25 day now I see 60 days. The have stopped responding to my emails as well. I have also placed many orders but this will most likely be the last it's just not worth the effort. And now $190 out the window and sales @ health cabin have gone very quiet. Live and learn and lose money, not how I wish to do business. Wrote to Amy again today, USPS has no info on package either in the
U.S. So have not given up on getting a refund or the package if it show up in this decade.

If you want fast shipping, don't order from China, and particularly, don't order from China in the pre-Christmas-season. Which happens to start in October, as far as China Mail is concerned.

Health Cabin cannot do anything about those shipping issues, once the parcel has left their warehouse, it's out of their hands. And they are - obviously - not the only Chinese supplier who has that problem, either. Everything from China is excruciatingly slow at the moment.
And they do warn you on their website, too.

Guys this has been going on with shipping from China to the USA for years and years, you all will get your PKG's but this is nothing new, it's what happens when you order from China this time of year, shipping is also higher now and after the Chinese new year it will probably come down again too, as far as customs goes it could be held up there for weeks at a time to even a month this time of year as they are slammed with pkgs and couldn't give a hoot about us and have to do there jobs, there are literally thousands of canisters this time of year they have to go through every one of them and it takes time lots of time, order after the Chinese new year happens and see the difference it will be much faster after Christmas and there new year, it's totally out of the suppliers hands as long as they mailed your pkg's

I know it's frustrating but until it gets to you or gets sent back to them what are they supposed to do? After they answered your first email and however many others, I'm sure there's only so many ways to say, "Can you please have more patience?" Next time use EMS or be prepared to wait, especially this time of year.

i am very sorry that your order is stuck somewhere from china to USA. all China airmail is extremely slow now. so it may take 30 days or longer to reach there from china via china airmail. so we appreciate your greatest patience. :)

thank you for your explanation. that is true. all shipping is getting slow from china to the world because of Christmas and bad weather. almost all post offices and airports are swamped with packages.

China airmail is extremely slow. you can not see its any update about china airmail online in some days after it leaves china. but it will likely reach you when you forget it.

that is why I am looking forward to Christmas and hate the shipping during Christmas :(

Dee744, i am very sorry for the problem with your order via ems. it was really a bad luck that we put correct shipping address in ems label and USPS still thought it incorrect shipping address.

did u get it now? if no, plz let me know your order number. I will look into it.:)

This also happened to me Dee, they said the zipcode was wrong on my package. I called the 1800 usps number and she said too bad so sad, but it's going back (however there is an angel of a guy working for the local carrier who saw the address and realized it wasn't a "bad" address, so he pulled it out of that pile) I don't know what drugs they are on over at USPS but the address was FINE and it was NOT wrong. There is something wrong with the computer over at USPS.

I got my 8 disposables and 100 ml of 555 in less than a week (paid the 17 dollar shipping)

I would contact your local USPS office and let them know this is an ongoing problem. I would also have the items sent to you but signed for at the post office... that way they can't claim it's a bad address and it will just go to the main post office near you... where you will give them the number and they will have you sign.

I am so happy to know that you met a good guy working for the local carrier and finally got your order within 1 week. it is a really brilliant news. if you did not stop its being returned to china, it might take 30 days to reach us and take another a week to reach you again with the same shipping address.

thank you very much for posting the detailed instruction about how to get an order back from USPS, which is very helpful. if the case happens to others, i will let them know.

When I need to pick up a package at my PO, I go right at 6:30 am and ring the buzzer. There's a man who's very knowledgeable, helpful, and actually has a good attitude to boot. At least he reacts well to me. That's part of why I go in before the front staff are there, because they are either batspit crazy or act like they are the general of the zip code.

THE POST OFFICE JOB INTERVIEW

A guy goes to the Post Office to apply for a job.

The interviewer asks him "Are you allergic to anything?"

He says "Yes, just caffeine."

That's a shame when a vendor has to do this because people think shipping is tied to the vendor. Shippers are not some kind of infallible entity nor do they posess magical powers to make the impossible happen.

I still have a China shipment (non ecig related) from November sitting at a port waiting to be loaded. The last thing I would do is blame the vendor for this. It's not their problem. They packed my order and sent it the way I wanted it sent...cheap. Cheap does not mean priority air from China (though it is possible, but not during Christmas). Cheap means wait for the next boat.

Thank you for your understanding. we will send it out via china airmail as always. but i have no idea when it may reach you, because over here there is a huge backlog in the post office and airport.

hopefully you will get it in Jan. :)
