Uncle Sam's e juice

Has anyone had any dealings with this vendor via their site @ 100% American Made Premium E-Juices and E-Liquids ? I placed an order with them a couple weeks ago, and it still has not shipped. They are not answering my emails via the site or Facebook. If anyone has any suggestions, I would truly appreciate it.
