Unflavored E-Juice and Flavorings

I would like to know if there are good suppliers of unflavored e-juice. I was thinking of buying some and adding my own flavorings. Has anyone had experience doing this? If so, how long do I need to steep it before I vape it? I also need to know where to find flavorings.

Wizard Labs has great nic and many flavorings- and mixing glassware. Professional place. I've never had to steep unflavored, seems that's something to do after you add the flavorings.
