Unflavoured Liquid Nicotine Pricing

Hey all,
I'm trying to understand what a reasonable price for unflavoured Liquid Nicotine is. I've seen a ton of prices, it seems that the US has the best prices but shipping is crazy and I heard that it might get stopped at customs.
Is $165 + $17 next day shipping reasonable for 1L of 100mg/ml?

Just trying to get my head around this.

I received email MyFreedomSmokes.com last week,sale 100mg NF pg/vg $45.00 1L plastic bottle. They had such a good Aug. summer special they will try another sale.I purchased 1L,clear, no odor,nice.... now bottled,air tight,in the freezer 0 degrees.

Since many U.S. vendors have a tuff time shipping nicotine there, that is excellent advice!
