So I got my itaste vtr in the mail today that I bought off ebay. Listing said comes with battery and charger. Opened the package no battery...no charger... so I just get to look at it.

Talk about a let down. So sad

You can pick up an 18650 battery locally probably and your gonna want a spare anyways. Would contact the seller and see what gives.

If you do not get satisfaction from the seller contact eBay and report the fraud. They are useually helpful if what is delivered does not obviously match what was advertised.

Read the reviews which will give you an idea of what to expect.. Contact the seller. Keep it professional and keep a copy. If you do not hear from the seller in 5 days file a case with ebay. Most of the response you receive from ebay in the beginning of the case is automated. Reply to the best of your knowledge. After you have gone through all of their steps it takes approx.30 days for the refund to be credited to you.

I'm sorry this happened to you. Hopefully the seller will do the right thing.

I got satisfaction the seller was quite nice. I was decent with them also telling them the post was misleading the wording was confusing and they told me they would correct the item and send me the battery and charger for being understanding only thing that sucks is waiting for another package. It will be awesome to open it when it comes. I'm always happy to get vape mail.
