Unitank fail!

Can someone please help me...I have posted some more frustrating sounded responses in threads than usual so I want to publicly apologize. I blame this on two things....one, this winter cold/bug/whatever that my coworkers gave me that I can't get rid of...and Two...

Kanger's biggest fail...the UniTank. The mini-Unitank is wonderful but the unitank is a big fail. I bought a replacement tube noticing that it didn't come with the metal ring on top thinking there is some way to take it off...but I have searched here and Youtube and Google far and wide and I can not figure out how to take the metal ring off the tog without breaking the original tube which I am about to do in anger. They're supposed to be glue free so that is one hell of a grab tab to hold that tight...anyone have any sugguestions? I would be greatful. I love Kanger products but I can no longer endorse this tank...the more I use it the more I hate it. The new mini is better, but it will suffer the same fate as it's bigger brother if I can't figure this out. Thank you for taking the time to read this very frustrated post. Happy Holidays to you all and Happier vaping and sorry if I offended anyone today :) I didn't mean too, honestly..

Thanks again

Where did you get a replacement tube for the unitank? I've been looking, since I loved my unitank before I melted the polycarbonate by accidentally using it instead of my protank for hot cinnamon.

I don't think that there is a way to take both metal ends off.

I liked the unitank for the top fill, since I prefer a bcc and have hand problems. Did you also say that there is a mini unitank available?
