Universal 510 Z-Atty

Will it work on a REO Grand? I imagine that it would look unique.

I'm guessing it would need a 510-510 extender and would not allow for bottom feeding.

But sure, you could fire it with a Reo Grand.

I'm not interested in using an extender. I guess i'll have to save more cash for a Zenesis.

I'm not entirely sure why you would want to use this on your Reo. It does not have an open center post so you would be using your Reo strictly as a power source. I guess thats an option, but to me the main beauty of the Reo is its juice delivery system.

Well isn't the Z-Atty a juice fed tank system as well? My only mod is a REO Grand so I thought I could possibly use a Z-Atty on it. I realize it's a bit redundant. I will pick up a Zenesis as my next mod.

From what I understand the Z-Atty is a genesis style atomizer, which means it does contain a juice well that feeds an SS mesh wick. That whole assembly is self contained and fitted with a 510 connector. It could, in theory be used on any device that accepts a 510 atomizer provided there is room for the male/female ends to meet, thats why a 510-510 extender might be required for use with a Reo (because the Reo's 510 connection is recessed in the catch cup). The Z-Atty is an offshoot of the Zenesis mod which is an all-in-one device, the above mentioned atomizer connected to a tube style power source, a so-called hybrid mod. Zen will soon be offering the Z-Atties as a way of using his atomizers with other power sources, specifically one made for a Provari and one universal model that should work on many different mods (and one other model specific type if I am correct).

The point being, all of these are inherently genesis style atomizers, which means they all have self contained juice reservoirs, AND the 510 connections are sealed meaning the Reo's juice feed system could not feed the atomizer.

I think your instincts are correct that if you want try a genesis atty, the Zenesis hybrid is the way to go, and if your looking for a rebuildable atomizer to use on your Reo you probably want something like this...
