Hi guys! It's been AAAAAAGES since I came on here! I've been happily vaping away with my EVOD and Ego 650 batteries... vaping wise (aside from a few hiccups), I've been a veritable a pig in poo!

I bought my Ego-C nearly a year ago and just this week I've noticed a strange ribbing around the base of the battery, close to the connection. This is not the case on the other battery which came with the kit, or my old Ego-T battery. There's a picture at the bottom...

Is it time to ditch this battery and buy a new one?x

Yeh, looks like the button mechanism just slips into the battery tube. I would do what DavidOck suggests if you can just push it back in. If its still firing, it hasn't come out so far that the electronics to the button have been harmed. Super glue should work and, as said, if you're worried just keep it as a backup. I would.
