update from Dulles airport

Hey guys, I know we were talking about airport security on another thread. Just wanted to let you know I made it through with my v4l gear no problem. They did pull my bag purse aside to search, but that is only because I forgot I had a whole bottle of water in it. Doh! I was so worried about my gear that I forgot about the water.

Glad to hear that it goes the security without a hitch I'm also from Northern VA (Fairfax) and fly out of Dulles quite often.

I got confirmation for time off so in march I'll be flying from Dallas to Sydney (and back )
Not sure what flight plan yet, but it's probably going to end up being the most direct flight possible with no stopovers either way (Although it won't be one flight each way, planes don't carry that much gas, usually it's 3 or 4 plane changes)
Plan to take my gear on that trip, which will be most interesting going in and out of Aus, as apparently they made ecigs illegal there.
