I'm almost 4 months into vaping and loving it. And I plan to stay here for a loooong time since I'm really enyoing the hobby (this is thanks to EFC and all of you that have make me feel at home) part of this.
I'm currently happy with my set ups. I have a ego 650, an ego twist 650, to more from fasttech (love the wood grain ones!https://www.fasttech.com/products/1352204)
on top I use mainly kanger evods, but ordered 2 more and a kanger protank with 15 replacement heads and a Hebel V3 Rebuildable Atomizer.
here is where the hobby part kicks in!... I've been wanting to get a better mod (not because i'm not satisfied with what i have, just the hobby) and been looking at the k100 or the k101 for its size and simplicity, but where I stand right now, do I need them? wouldn't it be better if I get a evic or another VW If so what would you recomend for a compact portable APV (the vamos Look huge! even at short bat size)
not looking to spend a lot, so please don't tell me about the provari

sorry about my ramblings. the bottom line i think I want a VW or VV APV In the smallest size possible and a small to Medium price tag.
I've look into the Evic and the Innokin SVD

thanks for your help

There are definite advantages to VW over VV. And most of them come with a MUCH better amp switch than your eGo's allowing you to use many more "heads". The Vamo has a 5 amp switch. EGo's have a weak 2.5 amp switch, which is limiting. But you are not going to find a VW model currently in an eGo size.

If you plan to be using sub 1.2 ohm attys, then you should get a mechanical.

I didn't specify correctly about the size, I don't mind the mod being fatter just don't like them being longer, I like my ego twist better (just a bit) than my non twist one but i find myself using the smaller one as it is 5 in as opposed to the twist that is 6 in with an evod attached. thinking of it I would prefer a wider one as the have more grip to them.
I also was thinking of getting the innokin MVP for the price but then again don't really want a box mod

I too have been looking for an eGo sized VV or VW mod WITH changeable batteries. So far it seems I can any combination of TWO of my requirements but nothing with all 3. I can get eGo size with VV but not changeable batteries, I can get eGo size with changeable batteries but not VV, or I can get changeable batteries and VV but they are huge.

So if anyone can find all 3 in one device PLEASE let me know.

Go with the sigelei telescoping ZMAX mod. Exhale vapors has the best price right now and they are a great mod. You can use a single 18350 if you want a short mod and if you want more battery life go with the 18650 with a twist of the mod. They go for about 6o bucks right now at exhale and you won't be disappointed.

If you are ok with that size of a device the same site seems to be selling Vamo's for a lot less.

I think he wanted a smaller PV. The vamo is kinda big. The sig telescoping zmax can be used with a single 18350 and is a lot smaller than a vamo in that configuration.

The Vamo can be made physically shorter by using just one 18350 battery.

Yes the Vamo can be made shorter, but even in that short-mode it is relatively big. The vamo would absolutely be the best option of you want solid VW on the cheap, it's very friendly with RBAs. 5 amperes of output lets you push the wattage high on a wide range of resistance.
Personally I would take the Zmax over an eVic, if only just for the looks. From what I read none of these are 100% reliable so prepare yourself mentally to send one back, instead of blaming it on 'terrible quality'. I'm feeling very tempted to get a telescoping Zmax myself.

How about the iTaste VV 3.0?

Variable wattage (6.0 - 11.0 watts), variable voltage (3.3V - 5.0V), and it's absolutely tiny -- 0.6" x 0.6" x 4.25"!

No replaceable battery unfortunately, but it fits all of your other criteria, and it is only $40 for the unit plus a nifty little retractable USB charger cable.

It charges via a standard micro USB connector just like most cell phones and other devices, so if the battery is running low it is easy to charge as their is no special charger needed.
