Hi, I've been vaping for about 3 years now...when I first started looking into it, this forum was invaluable for learning all I needed to know. I thought I'd signed up for an account back then and posted some questions, but if I did I don't know the account details any more so I'm stuck in the new member forums for now!

For the last 3 years I've used a Joye 510 (the original, basic one...not the 510-t or ego or any other "510s" that are around...I tried to post a link to an image but apparently I'm not allowed to do that), but lately it seems this model is becoming hard to find. Looks like I'm going to have to upgrade to something else, but after reading around a whole lot of posts, I still have no idea what I should get...

I want something as close to the size of the 510 as possible (ie. nice and small/portable). I'm not interested in modding...I just want something simple. Basically, the 510 does everything I want in an ecig, and I wouldn't be changing if I could find them for sale somewhere reliable. I've looked at the eRoll, ego, eSmart, 510-T, kr808...does anyone have any suggestions? Has anyone else moved on from a 510 and has a recommendation? What's the "best" small e-cig that's as easy to use/refill/recharge as the 510? Battery life doesn't matter too much as long as there's a good PCC available. And one that is available to ship to Australia is kinda important too.

On a side note, does anyone use Eastmall (China)? Have they been a bit dodgy for you lately? They (by which I mean "Nancy") have only been doing business with me off-site (via email only) for the last year or so, saying something about issues with the delivery agencies...

And be advised that there different chargers for the 510's and the egos. Not good to mix them. IIRC

Right.

However, it's OK to use the 510 (slow) charger to charge eGo batteries--it will just take longer. It's not OK to use the fast eGo charger to charge small 510 batteries. :)

Thanks for the replies guys...for now, I'm going to stock up on hardware from the Joyetech site, and when that runs out I guess I'll try out the eGo. Does the eGo battery use the same atty/cart as the 510?

The forum hiccupped and ate the other half of my reply...

Ego batteries are dual threaded--so everything with a 510 and/or eGo connection will work.

I'm a relatively new vaper, just upgraded to the eleaf istick and a Nautilus mini tank coming from a 1000mah ego ctwist and a cheap simple iclear 16d. It's a HUGE step up in everything. The battery life on the eleaf is amazing, I vape a lot and it could easily go two days, more if you're a little more reserved. The size is great too, the battery itself is very small, it's like holding three Bic lighters back to back. With the tank attached without the 510 to ego adaptor (optional with 510 threaded tanks) the whole thing is a little less than six inches high. The power on the battery is great, it has a nice little screen that has a battery meter, ohm reader, and it shows the current volts and watts, both of which are adjustable to satisfy a lot of vapers preferences. I couldn't recommend the two enough.

Quick edit: The airflow on the Nautilus mini is insane compared to the iclear I had, but pale compared to every rda I've tried. This one is adjustable to your preference with four choices. A warning, vaping wide open is very satisfying, but be ready to rip through juice.
