Started vaping Feb 4th, took me a few days to kick the cigarettes. I ordered some ego batts, and an evod starter kit from FT. It took too long to get here, so I went to the closest B&M, and bought a twist/PT2, and some juice (first vape mail hadn't even arrived).

Vaped for about 2 or 3 days before I rewicked with cotton. Vaped another few days before I did my first coil on the PT2. Love this device, works well most of the time.

So here I am about 3 weeks later looking at the SVD. Just ordered a Squape clone, and IGO-W clone from FT. Figure by the time my 2 new tops arrive, I'll be able to afford the SVD (batts, charger) and a large supply of my ADV. ( much faster ship time than FT )

Not sure if I have GAS or not? I'm quite happy with my Twist, and it will be my out and about setup, but I thought having a mod at home to tinker with and maybe? get a better vape, would be nice.

Hi

Twist-type batteries work well for what they do, but you are limited by having to charge them (as opposed to being able to switch out batteries), the amount a mAh they are rated for, and that the power settings are approximate.

I like my Twists and still use them, but being able to look at a screen and know what volts or watts you are actually vaping at makes a big difference. Being able to change batteries is very convenient too - a couple of extras in a case is easier to carry around than a second Twist.

You may not have been vaping very long, but it seems like something you're interested in and you can get a better vape from a more advanced device, especially when you are using a variety of different styles of juice delivery systems.

I've spotted the ocelot! Lol

He's made really good points, If you get the SVD you will limited to a 0.9 ohm limit which is the lowest I know of/fired on my SVD. It'll still put out above that and works great. Every now and then I'll swap my KFun onto my SVD and vape it at 15 watts Lol.

Not too much tinkering you can do with the svd besides find the sweet vape with the VV/VW. but the squape and IGo... Thats another story Lol
