Upgrading equipment!

I have been vaping for a year and have only used an ego 1100ma ego pass thru battery and a kanger t3s tank! I do build my on coils and use cotton wicks! I have been looking to upgrade and have pretty much decided on an innokin v3 vv/vw battery and am leaning toward a protank 2 with the airflow base! I have 2 questions!
1. What is a ballpark range setting for the voltage and wattage on this device and I can tweak it?
2. And has anyone used this battery and tank combination and would recommend it? Thanks in advance for any input!

1. It depends on the resistance of your coil. I prefer about 9.5 watts at 1.4-1.6 ohms which works out to 3.6-3.8 volts respectively.
2. I've used a mini protank 2 (like to switch flavors a lot so prefer smaller) on an ego twist and it works great, but you do notice a drop off in voltage towards the end of the battery. On my chana it's consistent throughout the life of the battery though.
