I've been vaping on stick batteries, KR808's mainly and 2 Joye 510s. I am wantin to get an eGo twist and try VV since I got a juice I am enjoyin now. Also wanting to get away from cartomizers, only thing I have tried are these small 510 Nano Clearomizers. They are ok, but don't last long and cleaning has never worked. Don't want a huge tank or something big. 3ML's is fine. What should I get Top feed or bottom feed? Something with replaceable parts inside? I will be using Dekang juices 80/20 PG/VG.

Thanks

I just got a Protank 2 in today and it vapes amazing. Replacement coils are cheap too so maintenance is relatively painless. I also have an Evod on the way for my eGo battery for when i'm out and about and don't want to expose my Vamo to the fiery hell that is the Imperial Valley.
Keep in mind that a ProTank will be extremely top heavy on a Twist.

Is an Evod similar to a clearo? When I jumped in I just bought several protanks but still have a clearo that came with my unit and wouldn't mind having something cheaper that way I can load more juices.

Size wise, yes. It's a bottom coil like the protank though and has replaceable coils/wicks like the protank. A lot of vapers will even use EVOD coils in their protanks, the center post is shorter and they seem to Vape better.

Honestly, I would say spend the extra few dollars on a Vamo if your looking at the twist but that's just my opinion. Adding variable voltage allows you to get far better performance but on a 1000mAh battery you'll need a couple to make it worthwhile and at 30$ a pop your spending a lot for charging convenience. As far as the Clearo/Tank debate, they sell 3mL tanks for less than 20$ Smok and the Artemas DCT are a great start, personally I don't use my DCT as much because priming it is a tad of a pain and it floods all of the time, it also seems hard to find them in single coil so they need to be vaped at lower voltages to prevent damage. Bottom coil clearos will give you a cooler vape and top coil will give you a warmer vape, the clear disadvantage to clearos is leaking. I have tried almost every size and shape clearo and regardless of vendor claims they all gurgle once in a while the new wickless CE8's are a little better if you fill it under the second hole.
