I'm new to the forum, semi new to vaping. I've been using the itaste mvp 2 for a few months and prior to that was just using standard who batteries and tanks from a local shop. The mvp was great and I still use it while I wait for my sigelei 30w to get here. The batteries being sent with it are Efest Purple IMR 18650 3100mAh Flat Top 20A. Will that be okay until I can get something else? I am hoping to start from here and get into RTA's and sub-ohm vaping. Not planning on trying with my current build, I've been using aerotanks, but any advice on where to go next on tanks, batteries etc. Would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

those batteries will be fine to start out with but depending on you future builds you may also want to get some 30amp batteries. I primarily use the mvp2 since it will give me 2 solid days of vaping before needing a charge. I'm running a trident rda .8ohm single coil on it. anything less then .8 will not fire but the resistance meter will still read it.

if your looking for rebuildable tanks the most popular last time i looked were the kraken and kayfun's. I took a buying hiatus about 5 months ago as i have more toys then i truly need and knew with out a break that number would just keep climbing.

haha fair enough. I'll probably start out with the kayfun when I do get into building. For now, i'll be in the waiting period to get my new mod and batteries and mess around with that. Looking into the trident as well, I believe that's what the shop owner I've dealt with is using but I'm not sure. I only hesitate to get into sub-ohm because i've heard issues with down regulation on the sigelei.
