Ok im still very new to vaping (only vaping about a month), bought a kanger starter kit. Which has suited me fine. It did the job of getting me off analogs. Smoke free almost a month (over $120 saved). But now im wanting better taste and clouds. So I ordered a mvp 2.0 with an iclear30. Did I make a good choice? Everything I have seen on here suggests yes I did. I wanted a mod without the hassle of building coils or worrying about ohms and all that. Any suggestions on types of tanks that goes really well with the MVP. also what about adjusting the volts or watts? Im still trying to learn how that affects taste and ability to blow clouds. Any help is appreciated

You made an excellent choice. The MVP2 is packed with a lot of useful features for an affordable price. The only issue I've had with mine, and others have experienced this as well, is the top center pin which connects to the juice attachment's center pin can get pushed down into the MVP if you overtighten the tank. You'll know this has happened if you check the coil resistance and the MVP reads "non", meaning no electrical contact with the tank. This can be remedied by taking a metal nail file or small screwdriver to tease or pry the MVP's center pin back up a couple of milimeters.

The iClear 30 was IMHO one of the better clearomizers. That tank is not really supported any longer and replacement coils are non-existant. The replacement coils for the iClear 16 clearomizer will work, but not as well.

The mini Aspire Nautilus is the top dog of the clearomizer kingdom. A revolutionary BVC (bottom vertical coil) head is used with marked improved performance. The key is the ceramic wick, which has been described as a hybrid cartomizer. The new BVC will work in the larger Nautilus, too.

Variable voltage and variable wattage is basically changing the power output to the coil to change your vaping experience to your personal preferences. Just experiement, starting lower and stepping it up in increments until you get a burnt taste. Many vapers enjoy a cooler vape, others prefer a warmer one. Some flavors will taste better with more heat, others with less.

More heat results in more liquid vaporized resulting in more vapor production, but uses up more juice. It also drains the battery faster. If looking for more vapor, attempt to find e-liquid brands that use a higher Vg (vegetable glycerin) than Pg (propylene glycol) You can also just add more vegetable glycerin to your current e-liquid; this can be purchased at Walmart or CVS Pharmacy.
