I'd like opinions on who has the best chocolate juice. I've been trying out various flavors in cartos, and neither my runaway favorite nor my runner-up is available in juice, only cartos. The ones I've tried that are also sold as juice have been either too thin (as in not complex enough) or too harsh. I'm most interested in straight chocolate, though I'm open to those with undertones of other flavors (I was underwhelmed by a chocolate-macadamia nut that I tried, though). What are your favorites?

There is no universal "best", because flavor is such an incredibly subjective experience. I like Ms T's Bakery, she has several types of chocolate/chocolate mix flavors. My favorite is Chocolate Raspberry, but I've heard very good things about her other flavors.

For context, I prefer bittersweet, very dark (70+%) chocolate. Semi-sweet is too sweet for me. And regular candy bars make me gag.

Except for the sediment, my favorite is FreedomSmokeUSA Cocoa because I like dark dark chocolate that is barely sweet. But I don't like using juices with flavoring sediment (clogs cartos, gunks up coils) and I think every chocolate or cocoa I have tried left flavoring sediment. And I don't want thick high VG juices either. Juicy Vapor has decent chocolates (and their B52 - a cocktail tobacco is nice) but I think they have sediment.

So instead I vape Vapor4Life (V4L) Wowbacco which is a cocoa tobacco w/ almost no tobacco taste to me and the cocoa flavor isn't strong either - just a nice vape with a bit of cocoa smell.

Been tempted to try Perfumer's Apprentice Double Chocolate Light flavoring to see if it has sediment. I've also wondered if sedimenty juices could be filtered through tea bag paper and retain their flavor...

Yeah - unfortunately they are pro food flavorings and hand-extracted flavorings and many have sediment. Chocolates are one of the flavors most likely to have sediment. Still - not that bad with cartomizers if you don't mind starting a new cartomizer more often (but I like to get 7-10 days use out of cartomizer). The sediment can pile up like pudding, ruining the drag, and the dried built-up sediment around the coil messes up airflow and vapor production.

Hmmm - just searching around the forum for clear chocolate "To me the truest choc flavor and smell comes from the TFA double chocolate-clear" (same place I mentioned) that "clear" makes me want to buy some of that flavoring and see if it is really clear. I have some PG, VG and nic at home...

cduhh, I've also tried the V4L chocolate and found it bitter/harsh. Disappointing, because I really like most of their other flavors I've tried ... love a few, in fact. FWIW, I just started a sample of the chocolate macadamia nut and like it considerably more than the just plain chocolate. The macadamia had a distinctly artificial taste at first, but after a few puffs the overall taste was kind of nice and mellow. I've tried the Wowboy menthol and liked it OK, but not nearly as much as a couple of their other tobacco/menthol flavors. (Guess you can tell I was a menthol smoker.) But now I'm wondering from what you and others have said whether I might like the regular Wowboy, more as a chocolate variation than as a non-menthol tobacco flavor. What do you think -- can a former menthol smoker love Wowboy too?

I have never tried V4L chocolate. I had a sample pack or two with flavors the included chocolate and was not impressed. There are plenty of V4L flavors I hate. But my two main vapes were found there and the hardware is nice - my fave KR808D-1's with their 10-13 second cutoff. but re bitter - also if you get a carto too dry it will taste REAL bitter (singed).

My vape is their WOWbacco which despite the current description is a cocoa tobacco (mostly cocoa to me - not strong cocoa but cocoa-y aroma and hardly sweet at all). WOWBoy, despite its current description, is the same as WOWBacco but with a bit of mint added and it's very nice. The old descriptions said what I just said. I alternately vape a very sweet juice to provide a nice contrast - I use cartomizers to keep them separate and each refreshes my desire for the other.

Whatever ecig you are vaping - if you can get an adapter to 808 aka KR808D-1 you could try the WOW Tobacco Shop Sampler of cartos that includes Wowbacco, WOWboy, and 3 other tobacco flavors - the 555 is sweet and nutty. If you are vaping Riva 510 or Ego get a 510 to 808 adapter at Goodprophets (99 cents).

If you want to try any cartos there - Ending 11AM CDT (CDT? Maybe they mean CST) 11/17/2011, all cartos are 33% off with code CART33
(third sale this week - juice sale ended this AM I think)

Somewhere out there
I also have had a hard time finding a chocolate I liked. The best so far for me is from Flavour Art a DIY chocolate. It is very smooth and I like it. I just mixed some chocolate in a black cherry carto and it is pretty good. I wasn't crazy about the black cherry alone. I am always mixing things together! ha ha bnrk

I have been reading the forums here for a couple of months but just signed up today. I too love Chocolate. The only one that I have had so far... that was really good... was "double chocolate" from sterling vapor.A fellow Vaper friend gave it to me because she doesnt like sweet stuff. I loved it! I was very disappointed when I tried to order more and could not find it on the SV website anymore. I am going to contact them and see if there is any chance that I can still get some from them. If I have any luck I will come back and let you know. I ordered some chocolate caramel from the same company and YUCK...Im not sure what it tastes like but definitely not chocolate caramel...more like burnt peanut.Good Luck on your search :)
