I am writing to share a deeply concerning experience with a Nexa ultra 50k Vape device that malfunctioned dangerously shortly after its first use. The device spontaneously began firing uncontrollably, becoming extremely hot and emitting a burning smell, posing a significant fire hazard in my home.
Despite immediately contacting Nexa Vape to report this critical safety issue and providing video evidence, their response has been completely inadequate. They initially dismissed the malfunction as user error and then suggested I return a device that was a fire hazard through the mail.
Even after explaining that I purchased multiple devices (making their DOA policy based on purchase date irrelevant) and that I had to safely dispose of the hazardous device, Nexa Vape continues to deflect responsibility and advises me to contact the retailer (who has their own issues with transparency).
Their repeated, canned responses and unwillingness to address the serious safety flaw in their product are unacceptable. This experience has caused significant distress and raises serious concerns about Nexa Vape's quality control and customer safety.
I strongly advise consumers to exercise extreme caution when using Nexa Vape products due to the potential for dangerous malfunctions and the company's apparent lack of concern for customer safety.
I’m not sure how to post the videos with the @nexaultra50k firing all by herself about to explode.

They won't do anything about this, pretty much guaranteed. It's entirely possible for one individual unit to have a manufacturer malfunction and it slip past QA and out the door. I've seen a disposable do just what you're describing. It can happen. There are probably no or little consumer protection in regards to these things. They are cheap, mass produced disposable items. You buy them and assume all responsibility. If they told you to mail it back in, knowing it's illegal, they were probably laughing at you, thinking you would actually do that. If it starts to auto fire, take it outside immediately and put it on the ground, away from people and property and wait till it burns completely out.

Exactly. There are no warranties, no guarantees, no anything when purchasing a disposable. If you get a dud out of the dozens you've already purchased, toss it and move on.

But when I contacted Nexa vape they denied responsibility and wanted me to send the device back to them via mail. So irresponsible.

**shrug**. So you have a 15 dollar item that's disposable, and you want the company to jump through hoops to replace it? Let's get real here. This is an item that's designed to be tossed once it's used. Nothing more, nothing less. In your case, it was a little less used.

However, spending outrageous sums of cash for an endless supply of disposables is the real crime here. Get a decent pod setup at a fraction of what you'd pay for 3 or 4 disposables.
