Heya... love you guys and your prompt shipment, but my order #14540 was missing 1 of 2 eGo starter kits when it arrived. I normally wouldn't start a thread about this, but contacted all the email addresses I could find on your site and haven't heard anything back.

DH & I are sharing the one starter kit, and it is proving to be a challenge. :(

The second order I placed two days after the first one arrived today with everything intact. I need to place a third order but I kinda need this issue resolved.

#14540. Thanks Abe! :) The envelope the order came in wasn't mangled or opened (in fact, sealed with a mile of tape to the point where it was probably waterproof) -- but there was no way a second kit was going to fit in there.

VG Hotel is fantastic btw... I think this is my all day vape... restock VG juices so I have another excuse to make an order. I'm out of hardware excuses at the moment. :)
