Looks like a RM4. The RM4 is a clone of the Atomic. Triple post design with adjustable air flow for single or dual coils.

I like the RM4 on my Reos - it fits nicely, centered on top of the juice cup/well with no overhang due to its smaller diameter. It's a solid atty with nice adjustable airflow. This is a nice setup for the money.
The atty is a atomic clone moded for bottom feeding

Top of the line bottom feeder here guys!! Crazy this has not sold yet! Super light (sl) has a nice feel and grip to it. Once you go sl theres no going back.
Also if ya never had a bottom feeder mod.. it's where it's at right now. Once you try that you will be aelli n g everything else off and the only thing you'll be buying after is more reos and new bf rbas!
