This came directly from CDV in UK, formerly Cloud9. Arrived today actually. Selling it for exactly what I paid. $138.69 shipped to US via Royal Mail, plus the several dollars it will cost me to reship it USPS priority with signature. I have another and don't need two, so here you go if you've be trying to get your hands on one. I carefully unwrapped the tissue paper to take a few pics and rewrapped it. CMV also included a screwdriver and of their candy.
