3 shot Tequila Chicken
Skinless Thighs or Breasts
Onions
Peppers
Chilis
Container Favorite Salsa
Lime juice
Cilantro
Your favorite tequila

-Cut veg. Season chicken. Toss is slow cooker.
-Add salsa, lime, cilantro and two shots tequila.
-Cook high 4 hours or low 7.
-Drink remaining shot. Good job!

--Shred meat with two forks and mix back into cooker.
Delicious for taco burrito southwest pasta nachos
salad fake pho eggs soup and so on.
