Beautiful gold plated GGTS #3131 for sale. Minor scratches around the telescoping area - same I've seen on all GGTS - might be able to buff it out. Some signs of use, nothing major - no real noticeable dings or dents. I know little about this piece - I won it in a raffle, got it looked at to make sure it's legit and that's about it.
