Considered offering up my inbox, still thinking.

However there is a listing in the classifieds for Pico Squeezes & pulse 22 for a very reasonable price. I know you said regulated but the Squeeze has some safety features. May be all you need to get started. I seriously looked into a them before I bought mine.
