USA Mix Differences

What is the difference between madvapes Dekang USA Mix which can be bought in various nic strengths and sizes and the USA Mix that has 11mg which also states it's Dekang?
Also the Dekang USA Mix is PG with a hint of VG. What is the pg/vg mix of the USA Mix from Dekang?
Either I'm missing something or these 2 items which should be identical aren't

According to the hundreds of previous posts:

the Custom China USA mix is dekang 0nic base with nic added. The china USA MIX is straight from DeKang without any additions or alterations.

Thanks for the reply. So madvapes mixes their own in different strengths of nic from the base flavor.

Beezer,
under china e-liquids you have the ones that come prepackaged in china.
under the custom china e-liquids you have ones that madvapes buys @ 0 nic level in bulk then adds the nic to it. This way they do not have to house Thousands of bottles of prepackaged bottles to cover the diff strengths. So yes you are right.
