Usb passthrough for 510

ok so i just recieved my first passthrough its the one with the battery in a box is there any tricks do i need to charge the battery first because i am getting lousy vapor my battery does better.
please help

I've used my 510 PT a lot and it produces better vapor than the 510 battery. Usually batteries come with some charge in them but give it a little time. Maybe you're atty or carto is bad? Try cleaning the contact threads on the atty/carto and in the PT and see if that helps. If not, try a different atty or cartl if an hour plugged in doesn't get it working good.

Takes roughly three hours to charge that battery so if it hasn't charged up all the way , might by why.

thanks starting to work better will that battery ever lose its charge again

Yes that battery WILL lose its charge if you use the passthrough unplugged. Its only happened to me once, but it happened.
