Have been finding it a bit of a struggle to refill my clearomizer while at the same time keeping any juice from getting into the central tubular part of the atomizer -- one shaky hand moment and it can all be over. But I found a solution that is working for me: pencil erasers that are sold to be used in re-usable pencils (where you can put new lead in, etc.). The 0.9mm size eraser works for my Vivi Nova clearomizer -- just use the eraser to "plug" the central tubular part, to prevent juice from getting in there while filling.

The 0.9mm size is not a TIGHT fit into that area, but fits well enough that it can be gently pushed down just a little so it's not wobbly.

Thought this might be helpful to others.
