That's one siiiick looking mod. Very nice!!!! Do you know if the AGA - T2 will be flush?

I use the AGA-T2 on it regularly, aine i want to keep my AGI in dripper mode and when im out i want a tank (usually it will be my rebuilt Protank on the KTS Storm you see there in the back, but i ripped my Protank apart to make a rebuild tutorial and havent had time to finish the video so its still in pieces...). Sits flush just like that.

Why won't it be? I run an AGA-T2 on my Sig #8 and it sits flush. I didn't get a chance to try my buddies AGI on my mech but I have my own AGI in the mail as I type this. The center pin in the #8 is adjustable.

Do you have any pics of your Sig8 with your AGA-T2 setup? That would help me out on which rba to get.

Speaking of but that photo of your GUS clone... are you sure the AGI isn't just a bit smaller than the mech is? It kind of looks like it is, in that photo.

A little bittt... Like a 0.2mm ledge. But im a huge nitpick and it bother me so i cant imagine it bothering anyone :D

LOL! I wondered about you... :D Actually it doesn't bother me. I told myself it was like that to help protect the atty in case of a roll over ;)

This is the best I can do. AGA-T2 on my Sig #8 and one on my Vamo V2, both in 18650 mode:

The flash makes tiny particles of dust, hairline scratches and finger prints MUCH more apparent in that photo than they are in real life. Brand new an AGA-T2 is a work of beauty. :)

That Sig8 looks very nice. Now I'm swaying towards the AGA-T2. 0.5mm really doesn't make a big difference. Still looks siiiick!!! :thumb: I bet it hits like a mutha.

I love it. I try to keep my Vamo from getting lonely so I wrapped a coil that could go on it too (1.5 ohms, use it on both) but between that 1.1 ohm AGA-T2 and a 0.9 ohm Smok RDA that Sigelei #8 gets much more of my love these days :) I'm not sure I could have stumbled into a better first mech, especially at that price.

Here is another shot of it from a bit better angle... Fuzion Unicorn Blood along for the ride ;)

Oktyabr, where did you get the washer and spring for your AGA?

My local ACE hardware store :) Smallest compression spring they had in stock (would still like a bit smaller and in brass or copper) and the smallest washer I could find in either metal too. Works pretty well. I'm not fighting three nuts at one time any more. Thinking about chucking the washer up on a drill and sizing it down just a bit though too.

Ryan- Dripper atomizers are not exactly considered portable. And yes, you would constantly be taking the tip off and dripping more juice every 20 or so puffs. They are mostly made for sitting at a desk or on the couch or something and vaping/dripping/vaping/dripping/etc. Great for trying out new flavors, as they are super easy to clean. The other perk is that you will not get better performance or customizability out of any other device. Flavor, vapor, and throat hit are as good as they can be, given you have built a good coil and wick setup.

The start of his post is just completely wrong.

I drip down the drip tip... And a dripper is a hell of a lot more portable than a penny... Less likely to leak.

The second half is right

I dunno... I chain vape like a steam locomotive some times. I love the flavor and vapor in my drippers but "friends don't let friends drip and drive" ;) (and I DO occasionally drive for a living)... that's the whole reason I got into RBAs in the first place. I wanted a tank that would hold plenty of juice and still compromise my flavor and vapor as little as absolutely possible. Of course I have my first Vision Eternity in the mail too... 30+ drops in a dripper? Is that the best of both worlds or what? :vapor:

I think its reasonable to assume that if you are out walking around or driving, you don't want to be constantly refilling your dripper every few minutes. Just seems horribly inconvenient. I just want to pull my PV out of my pocket, have a vape, and put it away. No risk of an open juice reservoir draining into my pocket.

Some may be okay with dripping down the drip tip, but I don't like the possibility of accidentally overfilling or sucking juice into my mouth that was stuck in the drip tip.

I have only been vaping for three months and really like the AGA-T2. It's glass so I don't have to worry about those juices that crack tanks. Being that I love the juices that crack tanks, that's a bonus for me. Plus it's quite easy to rebuild. Just one suggestion for it. Is to put two tiny washers in between the top two nuts so the wire doesn't have as long of a stretch to the positive post. This helped me with hot spots.

Couldn't agree with you more, Clippin. For some odd reason there are still people out there that every single time they drip, they have to take the drip-tip off. That's a little beyond me. Most RBAs nowadays just like your regular atomizers have centralized coils, or hold enough wick to have the juice absorbed due to over dripping off center.

My guess is that certain members observe thru certain reviewers such actions and automatically assume that you have to take the tip off to drip. About 4 years ago, yes, one would have to take the atomizers plastic tip to drip, not nowadays. Not with drip-tips.

I am seriously considering an AGA-T2 but I really don't want to mess with SS mesh. DOes anyone happen to have a link to a video or even just photos of how to build this with Silica/cotton wick? I have kinda been crapping out finding one.

I couldn't find one either but it's extremely easy to do. I wasn't having much luck with SS (it's me...not the AGA-T...just need more practice) so I decided to try some 3mm silica wick today just to experiment. I ended up folding a six inch piece in half and used a paperclip to pull it through the wick hole, did five wraps, cut off the top and tada! No worrying about hot spots or "combing" it (although I did play with the coils a bit to make sure none were touching).

I put a couple of drops of juice on it before I test fired it and it worked great. Filled up the tank and now it's producing the clouds of vapor I thought I was supposed to get with SS and the flavor is great.

The coil ended up around 1.9 ohms and I'm vaping it at 3.6 volts on my Provari. I'm really surprised at how well it's working.

Hrm... just tried dripping straight down the drip tip on my phoenix clone. Just took a guess on how many it needed and I figured it was pretty low. Of course I overfilled it, juice leaking out the inlet hole, some got in my mouth... perhaps my RBA is not "modern" enough or we are all talking about different things. I'm sure I could figure out how to make it work for me, but my current inconvenient method will do for now. Clearos are good enough for when I'm out and moving around.

But anyway, I gave my opinion on what I believed to be true, of course it is not going to be a fact for everyone with every device.
