Hmm...I can't seem to screw my HH.357s down far enough into the SB to get a connection to get a 501 long barrel, 1.5 Ohm HH.357 to work. It binds up and I cannot screw it in any further. I don't want to really wrench it on because I might break the atty, the SB atty connector or not be able to get it off.

The HH.357s work on my other mod just fine, and a CCV Resurrector works fine in the SB (it screws all the way in like it should).

Anyone else have this problem?

The connector on the SB is tighter tolerance. If I open them too much some cartos will not stay in after a few months. Best thing to do is to lightly sand the atomizer threads with 500 grit or finer sandpaper. I think it best to modify the atty(disposable) than to modify the SB. I get some of my smoketech cartos that will be a bugger to get to thread in. When I build them that is what I use to test them all. So many manufactures hold different tolernaces and none of them are ever the same.. even from the same manufacture. I get some threads that are on the large side of the tolernace and others on the small side of tolernace. We are taking about a .0015-.002 difference from the small to large. When threads are involed, that is a lot!

So, what you're saying is that you are building a connector that can be adjusted clamp style that can fit any variation of atty/carto out there, right?! Atleast, that's what I got from what you said to Decidion. :D
