The kick , just adds the wattage factor , into the mix . with no way of really knowing , what you have . Skip it and just use voltage . If you get some sort of telescoping device , you can use different size , and voltage batteries . The 2 cent chip , If your that paranoid about battery problems , go ahead . Waste of money , as far as I'm concerned . Been at this over two years , and have never had a battery problem . Just be dilligent on charging , and using only the "safe" batteries , and you should be fine . If you want to use Vw , then I would suggest a Vamo , or a sigelei Zmax . Good Luck .

I don't use either one. Just go for a low ohm coil (1.1 ohm in an AGA-T2 here is *bliss*). It's a bit hotter vape when the battery is freshly charged but then it quickly tames down to huge clouds of very pleasant and tasty vapor and pretty much stays that way until it falls to 3.7 or 3.6 volts... several hours of chain vaping for me, on a 2250mah 18650... then I swap it out with a fully charged one again.

The Kick has a 10watt limit anyway (I think). If you really want VW buy a Vamo... it's cheaper than a kick as well.

I will NOT accept responsibility for anything anyone does with a mech though! YMMV and YOU take your own chances. A fuse is probably not a bad idea and/or maybe protected batteries (I use IMRs). They have the potential to become a pipe bomb if you use the wrong battery or cause a short. That said I LOVE my mech!
