I just won a hex ohm in a cloud competition...I do not have 2 brand new vct5's on me, what would happen if i were to use 2 vct5's that have not been charged together in the hexohm? They are both 100% charged and I bought them at the same time, they just havent been kept or charged together. Would it hurt the mod?

Seeing as how you won it at a cloud competition, I'm assuming you are sub-ohming (congrats on the win!!) Your used batteries have been discharged and charged a different number of times, used for sub-ohm = stressed a bit, and will have aged differently.
In a mod like the HexOhm where it's using stacked batteries, you want a matched set, used as a matched set, retired as a matched set. Having dissimilar batteries can put additional stress on the more aged battery resulting in a battery failure.
Using your current batteries to try out your new prize shouldn't hurt the electronics. Long term use could create a safety issue.
