My name is Brittany, I am 27 and I have been smoking analogs for close to 12 years. My husband is tired of the smell, I am tired of the health havoc and having to smoke outside(south GA was cold this year), and I am ready for a change. I have been dipping my toes into the proverbial pond and am ready to ditch the cigs for good. I think I am ready. Got my batteries (2 1100mah ego style manual, 1 1100mah ego style automatic, 1 1300 mah ego twist style manual), got my juices (7 vape Wild, 5 Vapes Gone Wild, 3 Backwoods Brew, 2 DIY Flavorshack), even went a little crazy on clearos for each flavor and my new fav the KangerTech Mini Protank 3. I may have spent more that I do on a month of Marl Greens, but I don't think I will be smoking anymore.

Congratulations and good luck! There is an initial hardware investment but once you get a few rigs you like all you'll be buying is juice which is much cheaper than cigarettes.

Welcome to ECF, Blivey! Sounds like you have both a good plan and a solid commitment to get away from analogs. Woo hoo! Great that you found juices that you like; that's half the battle. The other half, IMHO, is making sure that you selected the right nic level -- and don't try to reduce that level before you are ready. Many of us actually keep a bottle or two of higher nic than we normally vape, for emergencies. For example, I usually vape 3mg, but I always have some 6mg around, in case I hit a rough patch

Another juice you may want to try since you were a menthol smoker is Mount Baker Vapor's 'Extreme Ice'. It's not for everyone, but it's a potent menthol kick that has kept me away from the smokes for the past 8 months.
