Using spacers for charging

Should I use spacers when charging my 18350 batteries? They are fine at the moment but they began to get loose and slip out when using the other bays.

Only if it's the kind of charger that's MADE to use spacers. If it is, it'll have holes to screw the spacer into, like this one.
