I have a friend who just switched sources of getting his juice. He got the same nicotine content, but now finds he is using almost twice the amount of juice he was before. He asked me what I though was causing this.

My first thought was that the nicotine content in his "new" juice was not as high as advertized and he vaped more to get more.
I also suggested he might just like it more?
He was thinking that the vendor somehow "mixed" the juice in such a way as to have the customer use more and therefore buy more?

What else might I be missing?

It could be the viscosity. A thinner juice gets to the coils better. Just guessing.

Of course we are ruling out his liking it more, a change of lifestyle (home more, or able to vape at work) and a change of gear. Some tanks are miserly with juice, some are guzzlers.

Even turning up the power uses more juice.

He is retired as I am.
Same gear. He's been vaping for 2 years.
I will ask him about power.
So, perhaps more pg and less vg might increase the usage or perhaps something else thinning it?
