USPS 2 day

Hey guys, waiting on my vtr to come in, it was shipping IL to CT priority 2 day. Today is the scheduled delivery date but tracker hasn't been updated since last night "departed IL usps" it's now 2:00 here but says should be here by end of day. How reliable is their scheduled delivery date? (Sorry if this is in the wrong section)

I have received numerous USPS shipments from the west coast to the east coast in 2 days. At times they are slow updating tracking. Hope for the best.

I wouldn't worry.... sometimes it takes a while for USPS tracking to update.

The delivery date is obviously just the most likely time it will be delivered to your door. There are numerous factors that can affect delivery date. I've received packages both before, and after the delivery date posted.

I'd definitely give it a few days after the delivery date until you start to worry, or contemplate calling anyone to check on the package.

P.S. - My MVP 2.0 just came day, via USPS

I use the same priority mail for business
Its not guaranteed 2 day as they say
every once in a while it might take 5 or more days
